Running a registered service means staying on top of compliance every day, not just when an inspection is due. Ongoing compliance support gives you a named consultant who knows your service, so you have experienced support to draw on as things come up.
You can work with us in whichever way suits you:
A choice of packages, from an entry-level arrangement for occasional support through to a fully involved partnership where we are closely embedded in your service. You pick the level that fits your size and needs, for a fixed monthly fee.
No package and no monthly commitment. You pay an agreed rate for the support, calls or work you use, as and when you need it.
However you work with us, support is delivered in a range of ways, from email, phone and Microsoft Teams to on-site visits when you need us in person.
Not sure which is right for you? Talk to us and we will help you find the best fit.
We support you with the compliance work of running a registered service, day in, day out.
This includes CQC applications, registration and changes to registration, notifications and Statements of Purpose, safeguarding guidance, incident reviews and analysis, policy and documentation reviews, coaching on best practice and systems use, regulatory updates, and general day-to-day advice and guidance.
You speak to the same person, who learns your service, team and history. No repeating yourself.
Email, phone and Teams support during business hours, with urgent queries prioritised.
We flag changes to CQC guidance and enforcement themes before they become a problem for you.
Guidance from consultants who have led services, been Registered Managers or have clinical expertise.
A mock inspection is a point-in-time review. Ongoing compliance support is continuous, with someone alongside you month to month, helping you maintain the standard between inspections. Most ongoing clients also book mock inspections periodically.
Yes, this is for providers that are already registered and operating. If you are pre-registration, start with our new provider support instead.
Business hours queries get a response the same day, and urgent queries are prioritised. Email, phone and Teams are all supported.
All of our agreements are simple to exit. Whether you are on a package or pay as you go, it is 30 days notice across the board, with no long contracts or lock-in.
We work with a range of health and care services, from care homes, home care and supported living to independent doctors, private clinics and mental health services.
You can choose a package that fits your size and needs, or pay as you go at an agreed rate. We will always confirm costs upfront before you commit.
