URGENT CQC SUPPORT - Click here for emergency help

A named compliance consultant on call for your service, every day, not just when the CQC comes knocking.

What is ongoing compliance support?

Ongoing compliance support is a rolling monthly arrangement that gives your team continuous access to a named compliance consultant. Rather than calling us in for one-off projects, you have a direct line to Reece and the Orobo team for day to day queries, regulatory updates, and proactive support across your service.

It works like having a senior compliance colleague embedded in your leadership team, without the cost or commitment of hiring one in-house. You get the expertise, the reassurance, and the continuity. We handle the compliance. Your team gets on with running the service.

Why choose ongoing compliance support?

A named consultant who knows your service

You speak to the same person every time. They learn your sites, your team, your history, and your plans. No repeating yourself, no starting from scratch.

Priority access when you need it

Phone, email, and WhatsApp support during business hours. Same day response on standard queries, priority handling on urgent ones.

Proactive, not reactive

When the CQC updates guidance, changes its inspection approach, or publishes enforcement themes that affect you, we let you know before you read about it in the trade press.

Support with the regulatory work you dread

Notifications, safeguarding referrals, registration changes, provider information returns. We draft, review, or advise, whichever you need.

Monthly reporting that keeps you in control

You get a written report every month showing what has been done, what is outstanding, and what is coming up. No mystery about what you are paying for.

Fixed monthly fee, no surprise invoices

You know what you are paying each month. No hourly billing, no quotes for every conversation. Budget certainty for you, commitment from us.

Preferential rates on everything else

Retainer clients get discounted rates on mock inspections, on-site visits, project work, and staff training. The ongoing relationship earns you the better price.

How it works

  1. 1Discovery call to understand your services, team, and current compliance position.
  2. 2Scoping conversation where we agree the right level of support for your size and complexity.
  3. 3Written proposal and agreement with everything laid out clearly.
  4. 4Onboarding call with your team, including introduction to your named consultant.
  5. 5Monthly rhythm of support, reporting, and proactive updates begins.

Compliance shouldn't be something you think about only when an inspection is on the horizon. The providers I see stay ahead of the CQC are the ones who build compliance into how they run their service every day. Ongoing support gives you that rhythm without having to build an in-house compliance team. You have someone to call before something becomes a problem, and that changes everything.

Frequently asked questions

A mock inspection is a point-in-time review of your service. Ongoing compliance support is continuous. Someone is with you every month, helping you maintain the standard between inspections. Most retainer clients also book mock inspections periodically, at preferential rates.

Yes. This service is designed for providers that are already registered and operating. If you are pre-registration, start with our new provider support service instead.

Your registered managers and senior leadership team. We agree the named contacts at the start of the agreement so everyone is clear on who speaks to us. For larger providers we can extend access to a wider group at scoping.

Business hours queries get a response the same day. Urgent queries are prioritised and turned around as quickly as possible. Phone, email, and WhatsApp are all supported.

We flag it with you in advance. One-off busy months (an inspection, a notification spike, a CQC query) are absorbed as part of the rolling relationship. If your service genuinely needs more capacity month on month, we have an honest conversation about moving you to a larger package. You will never be surprised with an overage invoice.

The minimum term is three months. After that, 30 days' notice ends the agreement. We don't lock clients into long contracts because the value of the relationship should speak for itself.

On-site visits can be built into your agreement (a half or full day per quarter is common) or booked separately at preferential rates. We agree what fits at scoping.

Yes, and most clients do. Retainer clients receive preferential rates on mock inspections, site visits, and project work.

Yes. We operate under strict confidentiality and are fully insured.
